Compliance with Regulations and Standards

Lenmanya Adventures complies with the National Minimum Standards for Tourism Enterprises as set forth by the Kenyan government. We also adhere to the Kenya Data Protection Act No. 24 of 2019, Consumer Protection Act No. 46 of 2012, the KATO Code of Conduct, and the TRA Quality Assurance guidelines.

Booking and Payment

By booking a service through Lenmanya Adventures, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payments for bookings must follow the terms of the respective service providers, and we may charge a service fee for specific bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms associated with each booking. Lenmanya Adventures may impose a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

Travel Documentation

It is the client's responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up to date. Lenmanya Adventures is not responsible for losses arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Lenmanya Adventures is not liable for losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or reliance on the provided information. We are not responsible for third-party service providers' actions or omissions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lenmanya Adventures, its affiliates, employees, and agents against claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
